We expected that the all-wheel-drive 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo would deliver on performance, and now we know that it will also deliver a knockout punch to your wallet. At $151,585 after destination, it is nearly 50 percent pricier than the stock Nissan GT-R, which begins at $103,365.
While these numbers sound borderline absurd, Nissan’s most unruly supercardoesn’t just talk the talk. According to Nissan, the 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo holds the volume production car lap record at Germany’s Nürburgring racetrack, with a lap time of 7:08.679. With smashed skyscrapers and screaming citizens in its wake, Godzilla walks the walk.
The 2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo will go on sale July 31.
